The exhibit consists of seven illustrations.rnThe first image shows the pre-operative condition with damaged femoral microfracture, ACL tear and meniscal tear. rnThe next five images show the operative procedure, it is illustrated in graphic detail based on the operative dictation from the procedure. Drilling a femoral tunnel and tendon graft being installed. The surgical steps depicted include the patellar graft harvesting as well as the other major steps.rnFinally, a boxed insert will depict the patellar fracture that resulted from physical therapy along with the later arthritic condition of the knee and tendon graft.
